This project includes the construction of a 19-storey building comprising 110 nos. residential units, a clubhouse including landscaped deck and swimming pool, E&M floor and carparks at G/F and basement. The work include reinforced concrete works, block works, finishes, waterproofing, fire resisting enclosure, metal works, suspended ceiling, stone works, curtain wall and glass wall, underground drainage and sewerage works, associated external works, all internal doors, frames and ironmongeries, internal finishes.
