The Contract mainly covers the following:- the investigation, demolition or repair of dangerous buildings, dangerous signboards and other structures; the removal of unauthorised building works and reinstatement of buildings which have been altered in contravention of the Buildings Ordinance or other legislations; the removal of asbestos containing materials in case of emergency; the investigation and repair of defective, insanitary or inadequate drains, the investigation and repair of water pipes, drains or sewers laid in or in the vicinity of slopes;

The slope remedial and preventive works; the removal of miscellaneous structures and fixtures which contravene the Buildings Ordinance and the Hong Kong Airport (Control of Obstruction) Ordinance, the Bedspace Apartments Ordinance, the Clubs (Safety of Premises) Ordinance, the Hotel and Guesthouse Accommodation Ordinance and the Land (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance; the removal of building debris etc. to facilitate the recovery of dead or injured person.
