The program includes one year of internships in design and related office practices, and can draw more diverse experiences from multiple departments. In addition, graduates have the opportunity to get in touch with other engineering disciplines and gain an in-depth understanding of departmental operations, laying the groundwork for the future and quickly achieving the ideal ladder.
